Our website is still fully operational, and we are still shipping out orders Monday-Saturday within a 24 hour time frame of when your order is received. Due to reduced staffing at postal services in the USA, all delivery guarantees have been suspended. Please allow an additional 3-10 days for travel to your shipping address stated in your order. You will receive a tracking number when your order has shipped, and you will be able to track it along the way, as well as receiving a out for delivery/delivery e-mail, or text (if applicable) as specified when you submitted your order.
For everyone's safety in mind, shipping postal services are suspending the requirement of signature for delivery.
We are taking the necessary precautions advised by the CDC to ensure that everyone's safety and health remains our number one priority. All orders are filled and packed while wearing gloves. Each of our surfaces are regularly cleaned after every business day. Each marker is heat sealed in plastic to ensure a safe travel through the mail.
Some of the manufacturers of products we sell are also running with low staff, which means order dispatches are slow. We are trying our best to keep our bestsellers in stock, and stocking new items frequently. If there are any items that are currently out of stock or not featured yet that you'd like to see on our store, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can look into stocking those items for you.
