1. When my order will be delivered?
USA: 3-6 business days
Calculate the business days from the day after you have received your shipping confirmation. For example, if you have received your shipping confirmation today, tomorrow will be the 1st business day of the shipping.
2. When will you ship my order?
We ship orders each day of the business week (Monday-Friday). Usually your order will be shipped less than 24 hours after you place your order. If you would like your order to be shipped out the same day that you place it, please place your order before 1pm EST. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when the package is shipped.
3. Is the sale final?
No, our goal is to deliver quality products at the best prices. With that said should you receive an item and have a change of heart, as long as the item is unopened and unused it may be returned within 14 business days from when it was delivered for either a refund (minus shipping) or an exchange. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping. You will receive a refund once the item has been delivered back to us.
4. What is my Tracking Number?
All packages have a tracking number. The tracking number is sent automatically to you by e-mail when your package is shipped. If you haven't received your tracking number, please check your "bulk folder" to see if your spam protection has trashed the message. If your tracking number is not in your bulk mail folder you can contact us to receive it.
5. Where can I track my package?
You can track it on USPS website. Allow a day or two after the shipping date to begin to see the tracking results.
6. I just placed an order and I would like to change my shipping address? What can I do?
Once an order has been placed, we cannot change or alter the address. If you need to change the address, we have to cancel the order and you must re-order with that new address. A refund can take up to 72 hours.

Will gladly accept returns on any unopened or unused products within 14 business days of receipt or your package, for an exchange or money back minus the shipping. Buyer is responsible for the return postage. You will receive a refund once the item has been delivered back to us.
2. What if I give you an incorrect shipping address?
In this case your package will probably be returned to us. Be sure to enter your complete address when you place your order (including your apartment number). If a package is returned to us because you gave us an incomplete or invalid address, you will be charged additional shipping fees if you'd like us to re-send your order to a different address. If you'd rather have a refund, you will receive a refund once the package has been delivered back to us.
