The OTR.070 Hard to Buff features ultra permanent, highly pigmented, alcohol-based deep black ink. It is strongly resistant to heat, smudging, scratching, and UV rays. The OTR.070 also includes a 15mm broad felt tip.

The refillable container is shock-resistant, built with a pump-action system with a flow control valve, and a strong-closing cap - these are core functions for many of the On The Run classics.
