The OTR.069 Stainless is a pump action marker with a flow control valve.  This marker really shines on different kinds of surfaces due to its special blend of both black ink and silver paint - the paint will write silver on smooth surfaces, and black on textured surfaces.
 
This marker is refillable, and also shock-resistant, built with a pump-action system with a flow control valve, and a strong closing cap - these are core functions for many of the On The Run classics.
